Architecture Office Leinhäupl+Neuber

Landshut

Architecture from Landshut.

The ALN story already started back in 1977 in Landshut, when the architectural office was first founded by Dipl.-Ing. Peter Leinhäupl in 01.07.1977. About 30 years later and with a continuously increasing number of employees and project volume, the generation change is slowly heralded in 2008 and the architectural office P. Leinhäupl becomes ALN – Architekturbüro Leinhäupl + Neuber GmbH.

ALN stands for intelligent architecture, well thought-out planning solutions and sustainable constructions. Think globally and act locally. Planning, consulting and construction are interdependent. They are closely linked and the user is at the centre of all our considerations. Be it in the planning of a new school according to the Munich learning house concept, or the structural improvement measures of a clinic complex. The planning tasks we regularly face are always exciting and challenging.

We are convinced that successfully completed architecture and construction projects are not only the result of excellent expertise and many years of experience, but that above all a competent team of architects, engineers, designers and other excellent people are always behind the projects. But our success is not only based on our team, but also on our customers and clients. Because we not only read through the construction task and act as required, but we are in constant dialogue. With specialist planners, building authorities, partners. And last but not least with the client and the user. But above all, we listen. To recognize the needs and challenges of the building project and to find intelligent solutions. So that at the end of the day not only a built shell is built, but architecture that serves people.

Discussion means action. Action means movement. And those who move also move others. Both on a large and a small scale.
